1. Do you sell directly to the public?
Ans.: No we are a manufacturing company, and do not sell our products directly to the public.

2. Who are your customers?
Ans.: Our customers are manufacturers, wholesalers and large retailers throughout the world.

3. Do you have any minimum order quantity?
Ans.: Most of our orders are large volume orders. However, depending on the customers' need we sometime ship small quantity.

4. Do you provide any customer reference?
Ans.: Yes we do. Please contact us and we will be more than happy to provide you our customer reference.

5. What type of discount you offer?
Ans.: Our discount rate depends on the volume of the order. We offer direct factory prices to our customers.

6. If we already have an overseas supplier that offers better price than you, why should we buy from you?
Ans.: We not only match your overseas supplier's (If any) price but also give volume discounts. Our quality is rated best by our customers. We can proudly say that we have the best quality and we always maintain consistency. Our customer service and refund policies are among the bests in the industry. 7. Do you have any product warrantee?
Ans.: Yes, All our products have one-year warrantee against any manufacturing defects.

8. Do you ship your product to other countries?
Ans.: Yes, We ship our products anywhere in the world.

9. How do you ship your products?
Ans.: It all depends on customer location and volume. For US customers we use UPS, Fedex to deliver our small/ medium size orders. We also use commercial cargo and ocean liner to deliver all our large volume orders directly from our factory to our customers' locations anywhere in the world.

10. How much time you require to execute an order?
Ans.: It all depends on the volume of the order. Our typical delivery time is four weeks. However, depending on customers' urgency, we can send a shipment in 3 / 4 business days.

11. What is your refund policy?
Ans.: Our refund policies are among the bests in the industry. We will give you our Fedex and UPS numbers and for any reason if you do not like our merchandise, you can send us back everything on our cost. We will give you full refund with NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

12. What are your payment terms?
Ans.: For all our US customers, we require 50% advance and the remaining 50% to be paid within 15 days after delivery. All the payables can be paid by either credit card or check. For overseas customers, we need irrevocable letter of credit.
