However, depending on the customers' need we sometime ship
small quantity.

against any manufacturing defects.

How do you ship your products?
Ans.: It all depends on customer location and volume.
For US customers we use UPS, Fedex to deliver our small/
medium size orders. We also use commercial cargo and ocean
liner to deliver all our large volume orders directly from
our factory to our customers' locations anywhere in the
world.

How much time you require to execute an order?
Ans.: It all depends on the volume of the order.
Our typical delivery time is four weeks. However, depending
on customers' urgency, we can send a shipment in 3 / 4 business
days.

What is your refund policy?
Ans.: Our refund policies are among the bests in
the industry. We will give you our Fedex and UPS numbers
and for any reason if you do not like our merchandise, you
can send us back everything on our cost. We will give you
full refund with NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

What are your payment terms?
Ans.: For all our US customers, we require 50% advance
and the remaining 50% to be paid within 15 days after delivery.
All the payables can be paid by either credit card or check.
For overseas customers, we need irrevocable letter of credit.
